Google adds new fonts, templates to Google Docs

Google has added 450 new web fonts to Google documents. This announcement was made by the company via its blog post. To use these new fonts, you need to open a Google document and click on the Fonts menu. At the bottom, of the drop down menu you'll find an option called 'Add fonts'. You can choose from the new variety of fonts and can even add the ones you like to your existing list. The fonts look really fresh and are a respite from the traditional Arial, Times New Roman, Georgia and Verdana to name a few.

Here's a look at some key updates from the search giant in the past month:

Launch of Google Drive to create, share, collaborate your stuff
More options for inserting images into Docs (now even insert images from Google Drive), webcam support   and searching photos from the LIFE photo archive
    Improved support for screen readers
Increased attachment size from 5MB to 25MB
Increase in created docs file size from 2MB to 50MB
